Tips are voluntary gifts in support of the Rule of Rune stream. They buy nothing, promise nothing, and are non-refundable. Being part of the stream is free and always will be.
A tip is a one-time, voluntary payment. No goods or services are provided in exchange. Tips don't grant requests, privileges, or obligations of any kind. The music stays ours to curate.
All tips are final and non-refundable. If something looks wrong with a payment (a typo'd amount, a duplicate charge), get in touch and we'll sort it out like humans.
If you include a display name or message with your tip, it may be shown live on stream and remain visible in recordings (VODs, clips, socials). Don't include anything private. We may filter or decline to display any message.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our server. See the Stripe privacy policy.
We keep a record of each tip: the amount, the display name and message you chose, the payment method type, and when it happened. We use this to run the stream, never to sell, share, or spam.
